Scenes in the old native quarter, in a valley of Aden, Yemen, supposedly formed as a crater in antiquity. Various merchants and their stalls line the area. The streets are filled with pedestrians, and shoppers. Some tradesmen are creating products on the spot. One such, uses a grinding wheel powered by a helper who pulls on ropes to turn the wheel. A horse cart travels along a path that passes under a high bridge. Location: Aden Yemen. Date: 1916.
