On Tuesday, 27 February, Christian Sahner (Oxford University) will discuss his current book project on rebellion, conversion, and state formation in the early Islamic period. His lecture is entitled Zaydī Mountain Refuges: Yaḥyā, Idrīs, and the Aftermath of the Revolt at Fakhkh (786). The event will take place at 4:00 pm CET on Zoom.
