The documentary filmmaker Caterina Borelli made two important films on Yemeni architecture. In addition to the actual films, which are available from DER, Caterina is looking for an institution interested in acquiring the materials (footage and papers) of the two documentaries she shot in Yemen ("The Architecture of Mud" and "Qudad- reinventing a tradition" in the Amiriya mosque in Rada) to digitize and make this material accessible. This filmed material would be valuable for researchers interested in the subject of traditional architectural techniques, especially for Yemen. If anyone has a suggestion, please contact her.
